Val loves salad! With ranch dressing. We have a lot of salad in the summer. I don't like to do anything that makes the house hot, so we eat a lot of sandwiches and salad when it is hot. I cook too, but I prefer the house to be as cool as possible at all times.
I made this pretty salad for the sport banquet. I like the colors.
